For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the natural world.
To herbs, to nature, to philosophy, to meditation, to art. Not as hobbies. As the ground beneath everything. The place where things made sense. I was a seeker before I had language for seeking. A student of the invisible before I knew that was what I was doing.
Nature is my teacher and most reliable guide.
I have spent over a decade as a clinical herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and shamanic guide — trained in the lineage of Sandra Ingerman, one of the world's most respected shamanic teachers. But the real teaching has always come from the plants themselves.
Maybe you, too, have felt called to the natural world.
To plants, to herbs, to the quiet intelligence of trees. It has always been your home. You just haven't yet been shown how to go deeper.
Or maybe you have done the work.
The therapy, the retreats, the years of going inward — and something still hasn't landed. You are not broken. You have simply been looking outside yourself for something that was already there.

Nature is a living intelligence — and it is in two-way communication with you right now. Learning to hear it is a skill you were born with. You just haven't been taught to use it.

WHAT I BELIEVE
We are already whole.
This is the story that isn't being told enough. Not healing toward wholeness — already whole. The plants don't see a person who needs fixing. They meet you exactly as you are, with no memory of who you were before and no agenda for who you should become. That is not a small thing. That is the most honest mirror available to us.
Everything begins in the emotions. Thoughts become matter. What we hold in our energy becomes physical reality — this is what every ancient wisdom tradition agrees on, and what I have watched unfold in my work with hundreds of people over more than a decade.
The herbs, the essences, the journey within — these are not protocols. They are Rememberings.

The culmination of everything I have learned, practiced, and lived — a body of work shown to me in journey, by nature herself.
Flower Essence Shamanism brings together the subtle frequencies of flower essences with meditation and shamanic journeying: eyes closed, held by the drum, in direct relationship with nature's living intelligence. What arises is not information. It is recognition. The kind of knowing that comes from within, through the medium of the natural world, which has always been in communication with us.
In September 2026, I will be co-leading a live class on Flower Essence Shamanism with Sandra Ingerman on The Shift Network — bringing this work to a global audience for the first time.
