ABOUT GINA KEARNEY
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the natural world.
To herbs, to nature, to philosophy, to meditation, to art. Not as hobbies. As the ground beneath everything. The place where things made sense. I was a seeker before I had language for seeking. A student of the invisible before I knew that was what I was doing.
Nature is my teacher and most trusted friend and guide.
I have spent over a decade as a clinical herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and shamanic guide. I’ve trained in the lineage of Sandra Ingerman, one of the world's most respected shamanic teachers. But the real teaching has always come from nature and the plants themselves.
Maybe you, too, have felt called to the natural world. To plants, to herbs, to the quiet intelligence of trees and ferns.
Nature is a living intelligence and in communication with us right now. Learning to hear it and practicing two-way communication is a skill we were born with. We need only to remember, and practice.
This is the work that I do, and what I teach.
WHAT I BELIEVE
We are human-nature. One word.
Nature is the tapestry through which we experience what it means to be human. How we feel, what we create, how we love… all of it is done inside nature. And the beauty, is that nature meets you exactly as you are, with no memory of who you were before and no agenda for who you should become. That is not a small thing. That is the most honest, pure mirror available to us.
When we practice a living relationship with nature, we open up to a world that has been right in front of us all along. One that shows us who we truly are and supports everything we wished to be.

Shamanism
The culmination of everything I have learned, practiced, and lived — a body of work shown to me in journey, by nature herself.
Flower Essence Shamanism brings together the subtle frequencies of flower essences with guided meditation and shamanic drum journeying.
Led by the essence, with eyes closed we feel, embody and listen inwardly. What arises is a deep knowing, a message, a feeling that comes from a place deep within you. Together, we weave our shared insight into a narrative that holds the teaching of the essence and gives us a path forward.
I am humbled to be able to bring this practice to a global audience for the first time in September as I co-teach with Sandra Ingerman on The Shift Network.

MY PERSONAL TRUTHS

My most sound guidance always comes from within.
I light up in the company of people who practice turning knowledge into wisdom. Those who are willing to see for themselves and speak from a place of experience-born knowing, compassion and insight.
Everything is frequency, I experience the world through feeling.
