ABOUT GINA KEARNEY

We are whole.
This is the story that isn't being told enough.

Nature is the tapestry through which we remember our inner wisdom, awaken, and live the life we came to live.

I have always known this. The work of my life has been remembering it — and helping others do the same.

Gina Kearney is a Registered Herbalist (RH), Flower Essence Practitioner, and Advanced Shamanic Practitioner with over a decade of clinical practice. She walks with people on the path of remembering — through herbal medicine, flower essences, and shamanic journeying. One breath. One plant. One remembering at a time.

CHAPTER ONE

A lifelong student of nature, spirit, and soul.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the natural world — to herbs, to philosophy, to meditation, to art. Not as hobbies. As the ground beneath everything. The place where things made sense.

I was a seeker before I had language for seeking. A student of the invisible before I knew that was what I was doing.

Nature was always my first teacher, my most reliable guide.

The formal studies came later — clinical herbalism, flower essence therapy, shamanism, meditation, quantum physics. Each one a different language for the same truth. Each one deepening what I already, somewhere, knew.

CHAPTER TWO

The moment I chose to remember.

Twenty-five years ago, I was living a life that looked successful from the outside. New York City. The dot-com boom. Deadlines, ambition, forward motion with increasing momentum. And underneath it — a body that was quietly sending signals I kept overriding.

Until it stopped being quiet.

In the breathless stillness that followed, something became undeniable: I had been living outside of myself. Looking outward for direction that was always meant to come from within. I had tried every conventional answer. None of them touched what was actually asking to be heard.

So I made a decision. I turned to nature. To herbs, to flower essences, to stillness, to simplicity. Not as a treatment — as a remembering. My nervous system softened. My body found its way back to safety. Over time I healed — not just from the immediate crisis, but from years of living in the wrong direction.

That decision is not the story I tell. It is simply the door that opened — back to what I had always known.

What I have been walking toward, and practicing, and offering, ever since.

CHAPTER THREE

We are spirit.
We are here to create.

The story I am telling — the one that isn't being told enough — is this: we are whole. We are not damaged goods working our way toward wholeness. We are not broken people seeking repair. We are spirit who chose to inhabit a human body — and we are here to create.

Life is a canvas. We are the artists. And the thoughts we hold, the feelings we carry, the beliefs we live by — these are not just mental events. Quantum physics and ancient wisdom traditions confirm what the body already knows: everything is frequency. What we hold in our energy becomes physical reality.

This is why the work of remembering matters so deeply.

When you remember that you are whole — that you are spirit who chose this life, this body, this particular canvas — everything opens. Joy is not something you earn. It is something you remember you were always allowed.

"She takes the most complex ideas and makes them land in a way that actually changes people."

CHAPTER FOUR

The gift of translation.

The territory of this work — plant spirit, shamanic cosmology, vibrational medicine, quantum physics, the mechanics of how thought becomes matter — is not simple territory. Most people who venture here either flatten it into affirmations, or make it so esoteric it becomes unreachable.

Gina does neither. She has been told, again and again, by the people she works with, that she has a rare ability: to take deeply complex ideas and explain them in a way that lands in the body, not just the mind. In a way from which real change actually becomes possible.

This is the gift she was given. To stand at the intersection of the mystical and the practical and make a bridge that people can actually walk across — from information into lived, embodied knowing.

HER SIGNATURE WORK

Flower Essence
Shamanism

The culmination of everything she has learned, practiced, and lived — a body of work shown to her in journey, by nature herself.

Flower Essence Shamanism is a practice of working with the subtle frequencies—the living “songs”—of plants to go within and experience direct relationship with each flower and its wisdom.

The vibratory signature of flower essences dances with us in the unseen realms, singing ancient songs that entrain our energy. Through this remembering, we learn to let go, experience our human nature as a spiritual expression, and begin to dance in wonder — creating from within.

Their energetic threads, woven from the unseen into the visible world, hold a key to our unfolding — loosening the grip of what binds us in fear, silence, and separateness.

With eyes closed, we become hollow bone, surrendering into the timeless unseen, where the energy of the universe, the frequencies of the flowers, and our divine spirit dance as one.

GINA’S PERSONAL TRUTHS

The beliefs that shape everything.

This is not a philosophy, it is my lived knowing…

  1. Nature is my co-creative partner, it lives and breathes with and through me.

  2. My words are seeds that grow in their own time.

  3. Health is the most important thing, second only to Love.

  4. I am lifted when I lift others.

  5. My most sound guidance always comes from within.

  6. I light up in the company of people who practice turning knowledge into wisdom. Those who are willing to see for themselves and speak from a place of experience-born knowing, compassion and insight.

  7. Everything is frequency, I experience the world through feeling.

  8. Shamanic journey is the path to self-revelation and insight.

  9. Meditation is the path to profound inner knowing.

  10. I am all of this and yet, none of it at all.
