This is not a wellness class. It is a contemplative practice — one you return to again and again, each time going a little deeper."
No speaking after. No sharing circle.
Just the practice. The flowers. The stillness.
WHAT IS FLOWER ESSENCE MEDITATION
A direct relationship
with nature.
Flower essences are vibrational remedies that hold the energetic signature — the essence, or “song” — of a flower in water. They work with our subtler layers: the emotional, the energetic, the spiritual.
Each Tuesday, one flower essence becomes the teacher. Supported by Gina's gentle guided meditation and crystal singing bowls, you'll rest into your body, soften the mind, and open to the wisdom carried by the flower. You'll experience the essence within and leave more grounded and in more harmony with nature than when you arrived.
No experience is necessary. You don't need to know anything about flower essences, herbalism, or meditation. You only need to be willing to be still.
"You'll rest into your body, soften the mind, and open to the subtle wisdom carried by the flower."
This practice is for you if:
You want a consistent weekly practice that grounds you — body, mind, and spirit.
You are curious about flower essences and want to experience them directly, not just read about them.
You do inner work — therapy, somatic work, spiritual practice — and you want a place where that depth is understood and held.
You want to be in community with others on a similar path, without the pressure to perform or share.
You want to experience Gina's work in person before committing to the Plant Spirit Circle or The Remembering.
You simply want 90 minutes of genuine stillness once a week. That is enough.
The space at Herbs & Owls is intimate by design. Eight people, maximum. The room stays small so the practice stays real. Some students have been coming every Tuesday for years. Others come once a month, or whenever life calls them back. There is no right way to hold this practice.
Come once and see what the plants have to say.
