A six-session private practice with the plants.
This is where the practice becomes personal.
Six sessions. One plant at a time. Entirely yours. You come to know each plant the way you come to know a person — through presence, through time, through what arises when you sit together long enough to listen.
Each session moves at your pace and follows what is alive for you. The plant is the anchor. What opens around it — a journey, a medicine, a creative practice, a conversation with something you didn't expect — is yours. Gina holds the space and follows the work wherever it needs to go.
This is for people already in the practice. Those who have felt something move in The Gathering, a Flower Essence Shamanism Series or The Herbalist WITHIN and want to go further — into their own relationship with the living world, with one guide and six plants as the path.
What the program includes
Six 90-minute private sessions with Gina — in person at Riverbend Park in Jupiter FL or at Herbs & Owls (weather permitting), or online via Zoom.
Between sessions: home practices drawn from what arose in the work. Creative projects, medicine making, meditations, and written explorations — not assignments to complete but invitations to continue the conversation with the plant between sessions.
Six flower essences — one per session, chosen for the plant you're working with. Yours to keep and work with throughout the program. (Shipped to online clients.)
Six dried herbs — one per session, for medicine making and relationship. (Shipped to online clients.) I introduce the flower essence we're working with — its character, where it grows, what it carries. I guide you into the journey to feel the essence and connect with its frequency or “living song”. We return. There is space to share what arrived, briefly, without it becoming a processing session. We close.
Each session is complete in itself. Each one is different. The practice deepens the more you return to it.

YOUR GUIDE
Gina Kearney is a Registered Herbalist (AHG), flower essence practitioner, and shamanic guide trained in the lineage of Sandra Ingerman. She has been practicing plant spirit work for over a decade. She works with each person from exactly where they are. No two sessions are the same. No two paths through this work look alike.
