I, Gina Kearney, am a Registered Herbalist (RH) with the American Herbalists Guild, Certified Flower Essence Practitioner and Advanced Shamanic Practitioner.

Currently, herbalism is not considered a recognized health care modality in Florida or the United States and there is no state or national licensing for herbal practitioners. At this time, there is only national certification and registration.

I received my Herbalist Certification from the ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism and am a Registered Flower Essence Practitioner with the Flower Essence Society (FES). My training includes Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda (India), Eclectic herbalism (early American), European phytotherapy, Flower Essence Therapy and some traditional Native American herbalism. I have also been trained as an Advanced Shamanic Practitioner by Sandra Ingerman and am ordained by the Universal Life Church Ministries.

My approach is to combine these alternative healing modalities in my work with clients to educate and offer you the support needed to restore your ability to experience balance and harmony. The focus of my assessment is to identify patterns in the body, mind, emotions, and energy. Based on this information I make recommendations that may include herbs, flower essences, shamanic journey, sound therapy, nutrition, supplements, counseling and lifestyle to foster physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance.

I am NOT a medical doctor nor do I practice standard Western medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment. I do not claim to cure disease, nor do I offer advice about the use of any type of pharmaceuticals or medications at any time. I have no objections to my clients being seen or evaluated by their own medical doctor. If you have any questions or concerns about your health, I highly recommend you discuss them with your physician. I encourage you to share and discuss my recommendations with any other health care professionals.

Further, I may recommend suppliers of high quality, organic herbs and/or maintain an herbal apothecary. I may sell herbal products, flower essences, and nutritional supplements for a profit. I dispense them as a convenience and to ensure clients are receiving specific, individualized herbal formulas and quality herbal remedies. Clients are not obligated to buy any products. The recommended of herbal, nutritional and energetic remedies are not a replacement for the medications prescribed by your medical doctor.

In exchange for the fee paid to Gina Kearney, WITHIN, LLC, you will receive services that assist creating physical, emotional and energetic balance through the use of modalities that may include, but not limited to: herbal medicine, flower essence therapy, shamanic journey, vibroacoustic sound therapy, earth-based practices, meditation, private consultations and group classes.

You, the participant, hereby agree to assume all risks associated with any outcome resulting from your participation. Side effects may include, but not limited to: emotional release, lightheadedness, mild fatigue, physical tingling, and change in body temperature.

All information and mental or physical activity or guidance and direction are provided during programs, classes, or private consultations are to enhance the well-being of you, the participant. It is your responsibility, as participant, to inform the practitioner if any discomfort should arise. It is your responsibility, as participant, to notify the practitioner ahead of treatment of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

By signing this Waiver and Release of Liability you agree that neither Gina Kearney, nor WITHIN LLC, shall be responsible for any negative consequence of any kind which is claimed to result from:
