Every first Thursday, we meet.
One flower essence. One journey. Ninety minutes together in the living world.
This is not a class. There is nothing to learn and nothing to get right. The flower essence opens a pathway within you, and through it, the whole living world becomes available. What arrives — a vision, a warmth, a knowing — is yours. The practice carries it into your daily life long after the session ends.
This is where the work becomes real. Not read about. Felt.
What happens in a session
We open together. I introduce the flower essence we're working with — its character, where it grows, what it carries. I guide you into the journey to feel the essence and connect with its frequency or “living song”. We return. There is space to share what arrived, briefly, without it becoming a processing session. We close.
Each session is complete in itself. Each one is different. The practice deepens the more you return to it.

The Gathering is home to paid subscribers on my Substack, Flower Essence Shamanism with Gina Kearney. I've spent over a decade at the intersection of clinical herbalism, flower essences, and shamanic practice — trained in lineages that most people keep in separate boxes. I don't.
The plants are my teachers. The journey is the method. And the one thing I know for certain after all these years of doing this work is that you are not broken. You have never been broken. You just need to remember.
The Monthly Gathering is the most accessible way I know to invite you into that remembering — once a month, together, with a plant as our guide.
QUESTIONS
Why is there a recording? Because life happens. The recording is there so a missed session never means a missed practice. The live experience is always the fullest one — presence, the live energy of the room, the plants meeting everyone in real time. But if you can't be there, the recording carries the essence of what moved through. Come live when you can. Listen back when you can't. Either way, the practice is yours.
What if I miss a month? Nothing to do. No guilt. Next month's Gathering opens fresh. You're welcome back whenever you're ready.
Do I need experience with plant medicine or shamanic work? No. You need to be able to close your eyes and follow Gina's voice. That's all. The plants will do the rest.
How is this different from the Flower Essence Shamanism Series? The Flower Essence Shamanism Series is a deep, small group live practice around a theme. The Gathering is a monthly practice space that ranges across all of Gina's work. Gathering members may eventually find their way into the Series. Some will stay in the Gathering — and that is complete in itself.
Can I cancel whenever I want? Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No hoops, no questions.
