WHAT IS THE PLANT SPIRIT CIRCLE?
A year-long
initiatory container.
The practice at the heart of every cycle is Flower Essence Shamanism — a direct, experiential way of working with the living intelligence of flower essences. Rather than learning about flower essences, you meet them directly. You listen. You feel. You journey.
The Plant Spirit Circle moves through eight sacred cycles — each named for an element, a dimension of the body, a layer of the soul.
Each cycle runs across four Monday evenings in-person or four Thursday evenings online, followed by a two-week integration break before the next cycle begins.
You can enter at any of the eight cycles. Each one stands alone as a complete experience. But the arc rewards those who ride the full wheel — something cumulative happens when you stay.
This is the most unique work Gina offers. No one else is holding this specific container — this combination of flower essences, shamanic journeying, collective wisdom, and poetic teaching — as an ongoing initiatory practice. It is the culmination of everything Gina has learned, practiced, and lived — a body of work shown to her in journey, by the plants themselves.
WHAT IS THE FLOWER ESSENCE SHAMANISM?
Working with the living songs of plants.
Flower Essence Shamanism is a practice of working with the subtle frequencies — the living "songs" — of plants to go within and experience direct relationship with each flower and its wisdom.
Each gathering creates the space to slow down and deepen into relationship with each plant as teacher.
Each gathering includes:
A gentle introduction to the flower essence and its energetic medicine
A guided meditation supported by crystal singing bowls to attune to the frequency of the flower
A shamanic journey, guided by the rhythm of the sacred drum, to experience direct communication with the flower essence
Time for integration and reflection, allowing the experience to settle into lived knowing
This is not about seeking visions or leaving the body. It is about remembering how to listen, trust, and walk in relationship with the living world.

Breath, Spirit & Perception
Air as messenger. In this cycle we sharpen intuitive perception and open to communication with the unseen — working with the breath as a portal to the plants, to the subtle world, and to the parts of ourselves that know how to listen.
