Many people arrive at herbalism after realizing the pace of modern life is no longer sustainable—successful on the outside, yet anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside.
Years ago, while working in a fast-paced startup in NYC, a severe panic attack forced me to listen to my body in a way I never had before. That moment set me on a different path—one grounded in herbal medicine, flower essences, meditation, and a return to nature.
Through this work, I healed chronic stress, anxiety, panic, and later thyroid imbalance. What began as personal healing became a lifelong practice.
For over a decade, I’ve helped people reconnect with nature to restore balance, trust their bodies, and cultivate steady inner calm—without stepping away from real life.
Today, I teach herbalism as a clear, grounded, and relational practice—blending practical knowledge with the intuitive wisdom already within you.
