Twenty-five years ago, I was working in a fast-paced startup in the heart of NYC during the dot-com boom when a debilitating panic attack changed the course of my life. It was the moment I could no longer ignore my body — or the quiet knowing that something deeper needed attention.
Through herbal medicine, flower essences, meditation, and a return to nature, I healed myself from chronic stress, panic, anxiety — and later, thyroid disease. What began as personal healing became a lifelong practice and path.
Over the past decade, I’ve helped thousands of women reconnect with the natural world to restore their health, trust their bodies, and cultivate a grounded sense of inner calm — while caring for their families and communities.
