A Multi-Part Meditation & Shamanic Journey Program for Groups, Non-Profits & Businesses.

This unique and transformative program integrates meditation and shamanic journeying in a group setting to support mental health and ease symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.

Research shows that mental health programs that incorporate nature-based therapies including meditation and shamanic journeying can play a crucial role in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. These practices help individuals reconnect with their inner strength, process grief and fear, and cultivate resilience and joy.

  • Meditation and Mindfulness – Research shows that meditation significantly improves symptoms of anxiety and depression and increased emotional regulation. Harvard Medical School reports that mindfulness practices help rewire the brain, reducing activity in the amygdala (responsible for fear and stress) while enhancing positive emotions.

  • Shamanic Journeying – Studies suggest that shamanic journey offers a unique and holistic approach to mental health, rooted in ancient practices that integrate the mind, body, and spirit and encourage self-discovery and self-reflection. Rhythmic drumming, a key component of shamanic journeying, induces a meditative state that can lower stress hormones, increase emotional resilience, and enhance a sense of connectedness to oneself and the environment. Research in Transcultural Psychiatry found that shamanic practices help individuals process trauma and enhance psychological resilience. Shamanic journeying also helps foster a sense of connection and purpose, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, increased life satisfaction, and a greater sense of belonging.

By integrating these modalities, individuals gain valuable tools to manage their emotional burdens, find meaning in their journey, and sustain their well-being while caring for themselves and their families.
